We have recently built a new four bedroomed property in Manchester for a long standing client. The house was built on contaminated land and specialist soil surveys and mining reports had to be obtained prior to construction. All the work was inspected at regular intervals by the NHBC Inspector.

On recommendations alone, we have carried out three large house extensions on the same road in Knutsford, Cheshire along with two porch extensions.

We have carried out a large extension to a house in Didsbury doubling the size of the property. The property has now been valued at over one million pounds.

In conjunction with FKDA Architects we are currently carrying out house extensions to properties in Gatley, Lymm and Stockport.
