University of Manchester

Over the past 4 years we have worked closely with AMEC (now Morgan Ashurst) on contracts at the University of Manchester Bio Medical Sciences building including building construction, groundworks, drainage and hard landscaping projects. The value of work on this contract was in excess of £1,000.000.




British Telecom

On the BT tunnels network in central Manchester we built brick security head shaft buildings at 3 locations to prevent unauthorised access into the tunnels. These buildings were reinforced brickwork with a reinforced concrete roof.




Heywood Distribution Park

We were instructed by King Sturge to carry out refurbishment/fit out work to a warehouse unit including installation of dock leveller units.




PTS Birmingham & Woodford Aerodrome

Working for AMEC at both these sites we have constructed bases for sprinkler tanks together with associated brick buildings for the sprinkler pumps.

The site at Woodford Aerodrome was a security sensitive site and all our workmen had to be vetted for security clearance prior to commencement on site.


The Triangle Shopping Centre, Manchester

This work involved refurbishment work to shop units including demolition and dismantling works, construction of new block walls to form new shop floor areas and routes for ventilation ductwork for restaurants. Contract Value: £150,000.00.


Tuffnells Parcels Express

We have completed refurbishment works at Tuffnells Parcels Express Depots in Haydock and Northampton.


Cheshire Oaks Shopping Outlet

We were instructed to carry out refurbishment work to a retail unit splitting it into 3 new units in readiness for new tenants.
